Our Guarantee

If you remain active in our monthly services for 120 consecutive days and, after a full review of your file, we determine that no measurable results have been achieved, we will refund the monthly service fees you paid during that 120-day period.

For this guarantee, “measurable results” means:

  • Your combined credit scores (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) have not increased by at least 100 points total from your starting scores, and

  • We have not been successful in removing at least one negative item from any of your credit reports.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this Money-Back Guarantee, you must:

  1. Remain Active for 120 Days

    Stay enrolled for at least 120 consecutive days without service interruption.

    Missed payments or early cancellation will void eligibility.

  2. Avoid Adding New Negative Accounts

    No new late payments, charge-offs, collections, or other derogatory accounts can be added to your credit reports after enrollment.

  3. Submit All Credit Correspondence Promptly

    Send us copies of any credit bureau or creditor responses within 7 days of receiving them.

  4. Stay Current on All Payments

    All payments to NextStep Credit Pros must be made on time.

  5. Provide Required Identification

    Submit proof of identity (driver’s license, Social Security card) within 5 days of enrollment.

  6. Allow for Review Period

    If you request a refund, allow up to 10 business days for us to review your account and credit reports to verify eligibility.

Refund Limitations

Refunds are limited to the monthly service fees paid during your first 120 days of service.

No other expenses, such as credit monitoring or third-party fees, are refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Submit your request in writing to our support team.

  • Include copies of your credit reports from your first and most recent month in the program.

We will complete our review within 10 business days and notify you of our findings.

This guarantee is not a promise of specific results, such as the removal of particular items or a specific credit score increase beyond what is stated above. Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your personal credit history, creditor responses, and your financial activity during the program.
